Feature Requests

Currently, users can manually merge accounts and contacts, but there is no system-generated suggestion for potential duplicates. It would be helpful to have a feature that automatically identifies and suggests accounts or contacts that might be duplicates based on similar names, email addresses, or other identifying information. This would make it faster and easier for users to keep their data accurate and avoid duplicates.

Allow a separate Shopify store for sample orders, in addition to the main Shopify store connection. We use a dedicated Shopify store for sample orders.

We have a list of existing customers we would like to contact, for which we do not currently have email addresses (they ordered on Faire or through distributors). The ability to select a segment of businesses and find email addresses for them would be a huge help.

Customer would like subject lines to support simple conditional formatting. If a first name is found → add a comma after the name (e.g., “Wyatt, here is how other school districts save on exit signs.”) If no first name is found → no comma should appear (e.g., “Here is how other school districts save on exit signs.”) Currently, there’s no way to conditionally include the comma only when a name exists. This request is to allow basic fallback logic to prevent awkward formatting when the name field is empty.

Customers are having difficulty reporting accurate campaign results because the dashboard does not show campaign-specific outcomes. They need visibility into how many leads from a campaign requested samples and how many converted to purchases. Current sales stats pull all Faire sales, which is misleading for brands with large existing client bases. A campaign-level breakdown or filter would help customers clearly measure performance and report ROI to their clients.

We desperately need to get a better understanding of how many leads have requested samples from a given campaign, and be able to export it (having to use the pipeline view is virtually useless for this) We also need to be able to very clearly understand how many leads in a specific campaign have placed an order, further broken down by how many of those received a sample, and how many did not. It is very, very difficult to report to clients the success rates of our campaigns without easy access to this information

Hi guys! I wanted to share a feature request and see if this might be possible. It would be really helpful to have the option to bulk add multiple contacts and assign them to an opportunity directly from within a campaign, rather than doing this one by one. When selecting "All Contacts," it should pop up an option to bulk add them to an opportunity so that it can trigger a certain automation. Thanks so much for considering.

A customer requested the ability to filter contacts/search results by retailer category when creating campaigns or selecting/searching leads. Right now, without this, they can’t properly segment campaigns by business type. If filtering is a heavier lift, a filter-by-category option would already be a big improvement. Customer mentioned this feels like a relatively light lift but would have high impact for campaign targeting.

Details Write with Joy is a great feature, but it consistently inserts em dashes (—). For our brand voice, em dashes are a dead giveaway that the copy was AI-generated, and customers notice. Right now we have to add an extra prompt every time like “remove all em dashes,” which is friction and defeats the purpose of one-click generation. Request Add a built-in way to control punctuation so generated text never includes em dashes. Two acceptable solutions 1. A global toggle in Write with Joy settings: “Disallow em dashes (—)” 2. Custom instructions at the account or store level (brand voice rules) that the AI always follows, including punctuation rules like “never use em dashes, use commas, colons, or periods instead.” Acceptance criteria • When enabled, generated content contains zero em dashes (—) in all outputs • If the model wants a pause, it uses alternatives (comma, colon, period, parentheses) • Works across all templates and all Write with Joy entry points • Optional: a “sanitize output” post-processing step that replaces em dashes with approved punctuation before final text is shown
